Player movement is controlled by mouse movement; note that if they are larger than your character, your movement may be slowed or blocked by certain objects. For example, when you first ovulate you can't eat mushrooms or move around in them, so it's best to get around them. Sprint is available in the game and can be used by pressing or holding your space bar, but keep in mind that this dose consumes water to use!
